This plan contains many of the same recipes that you’ll find on the regular 4 week vegan keto meal plan, but with alternative meals for those that contained soy. Like all the other plans, this is totally gluten free and keto-friendly.

For some more variety, the two week vegan ketogenic meal plan is avocado-free, and the second week is soy-free! The first week is easily modifiable to be soy-free.
