So many of you have been asking for a soy free version of my beginner vegan keto meal plan, so here we are! This plan contains the same recipes that you’ll find on the regular 4 week basic vegan keto meal plan, but with alternative meals for those that contained soy. Like all the other plans, this is totally gluten free and keto-friendly.
