11 Delicious Vegan Keto Pumpkin Recipes
Pumpkin is one of those foods that’s kind of low-key keto friendly. In larger quantities, not so much, but when used as a flavoring or in smaller serving sizes, it definitely qualifies as being low carb. It’s also high in beta-carotenes! I really like pumpkin, and over the years I’ve posted quite a few vegan keto recipes involving pumpkin or pumpkin spice flavors in some capacity. In the interest of making it easier for everyone to find all of these plant-based keto fall treats, I’ve put together this little post.
There’s a healthy mix of sweet treats and some more savory options here, so there should be something for everyone! All of these recipes are vegan, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free and sugar-free (at least free of added sugars). Beyond that, there are some recipes that are soy-free, nut-free or coconut-free as well! I hope you guys enjoy these recipes as much as I do! Vegan Keto Pumpkin Dinner Recipes
These are one of my mom’s favorite things that I make. She and my step-dad devoured them last time I made them dinner, and neither of them are vegan or even remotely low carb, so I take that as high praise.
The cheddar is nutritional yeast, I’m just going to through that out there. This is one of my favorite fall meals to make. It’s so satisfying and filling. To add more protein, I usually toss some pepitas on top.

Vegan Keto Pumpkin Desserts
This is one of the first low carb pumpkin recipes I made. Sometime around 2015, it occurred to me that you could also use pumpkin in low carb and keto cooking and it took off from there. These are a no-bake cheesecake, which is awesome because sometimes you don’t want to have to fuss with an oven.
Pumpkin and peanut butter is a totally underrated combination that deserves way more attention than it’s currently getting. These mini pies should get us on the way to fixing that.

These aren’t so much a traditional shortbread recipe, but they do taste pretty delicious and make for some pretty cute cookie shapes.
These very easily could have been included with the breakfast or snack options, but here they are. These blondies are so tasty that I usually have to freeze half the batch pre-emptively to save myself from eating the whole thing at once.
