The Complete Meat Free Keto Four Week Super Basic Meal Plan
Starting out on a plant based keto diet can be really overwhelming. You're learning a totally different way of eating, and there aren't exactly products or ready-made meals designed for a low carb vegan diet!
This meal plan is the result of days and days of putting together different foods and creating recipes to come up with a meal plan that is sustainable, and will help you meet your goals on a plant-based ketogenic diet. It's dairy free, egg free and also gluten-free, for those avoiding gluten as well!
Each day's plan gives you nutritionally balanced meals and snacks to hit a target of between 25 - 40g of net carbs, so you can stay comfortably in ketosis without things becoming too extreme. Modifications are available to decrease and increase carbs and calories, so the plan remains flexible with your needs. Like all of my meal plans (and the recipes on this site), this is completely gluten free! I'm aiming to make a vegan ketogenic diet as accessible as possible. 🙂

*Please note that this meal plan contains soy products (tofu) and, peanuts and tree nuts. While the peanuts and nuts can be substituted for seeds or other types of nuts, the tofu is pretty central to the plan.
