Note: Hi, friends! Just a a quick reminder – some of the links on this site are affiliate links, and so I may earn a little cash on qualifying orders. It doesn’t cost you anything extra, and is a nice way to help support this site! I also want to point out that I don’t promote products I haven’t actually tried or products that I don’t trust. 🙂

Hi, friends! If there’s one thing about me that has probably become pretty clear if you’ve spent any amount of time on this site, it’s that I love food. Specifically, vegan, gluten-free and keto foods. I also love things related to foods, which is why I’m super excited to be going to the Nourished Festival this year!

What is the Nourished Festival, you ask? Great question! From the Nourished Festival website:

The Nourished Festivals are the greatest events on earth for those living a gluten-free, allergen-friendly or specialty diet lifestyle! Traveling to ten cities per year, Nourished Festivals allow attendees to sample and purchase new products, meet brand ambassadors, receive coupons, and attend educational classes. The Festivals have five zones to visit: Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Paleo, Keto & Plant-Based. All products in all zones are gluten free. Come join us and get Nourished!

It’s basically a gluten-free and allergen-free haven that is also now focusing on both plant-based foods and keto foods.

I’m attending the Worcester, MA event on July 20th &21st, and I have five free tickets to give away so you guys can, too! I’ll be giving away the tickets on my Twitter account soon (I finally signed the site up for Twitter), so be sure to check there for the giveaway!

I’m excited to go and try samples, as well as take some classes and listen to the lectures. I don’t think there’s anything I like better than combining food and learning (aside from napping, but it’s really hard to beat napping). I’d also love to meet up with any of you who are planning on going! So, definitely reach out to me on any of my social channels and we can get a little meetup going! 😀

If you don’t live in the New England area, don’t worry – there are actually 10 festival locations! Click here to find one near you!
