Hi guys, happy Thanksgiving! I haven’t done a “what I eat in a day” post in a long time and figured that this was a good opportunity to share what I’m making for my vegan keto Thanksgiving celebration this Thursday.
The snow is falling here in New England (and sticking to the ground!), which officially heralds in the beginning of the 2018-19 soup season. So, buckle up because I’m going to be posting some soups in the coming months. First up, a vegan keto pumpkin soup. You may have read my post from the last time I attempted to make this soup and ended up making tofu instead.
