It’s a vegan keto book club! Sort of… there really aren’t a ton of books out there for veg ketoers, but here are the books that inspired and informed me over the years.
It’d be silly if I didn’t kick this off with my own vegan keto cookbook.
Keto Answers discusses 268 of the most common (and some less common) keto questions! It’s brand new, but has already become a favorite.
This was one of the first books I read that led me down the path to keto!
Like the above book, I read this early on into experimenting with keto, and just could not put it down.
This was the first book I read that really had me thinking about food and nutrition. I credit this book for my interest in healthy eating, and pretty much for setting me on the right track.
