Guys, I’m shaking as I type this because I’m so excited. You guys are always asking me if I have a print cookbook out, which is so lovely, but I’ve had to say “no” thus far every time. Well, no longer!
A while back, I was approached by Victory Belt publishing (the same publisher to put out Leanne from Healthful Pursuit‘s AWESOME The Keto Diet book!) to write a vegan keto cookbook with new recipes and a meal plan for all my fellow plant-based ketoers. For the last few months, I’ve been cooking up an absolute storm in my apartment, coming up with new recipes for this book.
It’s been SO HARD not sharing every new recipe with you guys immediately, and I can’t wait for this book to be out! The official date for when Vegan Keto will be published is October 30, but pre-order just officially started! I can’t believe it!!
Like the recipes on this blog, not only is everything vegan and low carb, it’s also gluten-free! Most recipes are also soy-free, and there are tons of nut-free ones as well.
I can’t believe this is happening and absolutely CANNOT WAIT for all of you to have this in hand! It’s basically going to have all the information you could need to succeed on a vegan keto diet, plus AWESOME new recipes (and some improvements on a few oldies)!
