I purchased the 4 Week Meat Free Keto Meal plan, and I loved it! The plan itself is very thorough and well planned out. I’m a busy mom and entrepreneur and I felt the plan was easy to execute. She did all the heavy lifting by putting this together, and I just followed the plan. The first big benefit I saw was my brain fog cleared. Just that benefit alone made the entire eating style totally worth it! Then, I started feeling lasting energy day to night. When I first started keto in 2012, I had no idea what to eat. I ended up mostly just snacking and piecing together some pretty strange meals that weren't really all that good for me. What I really needed was some sort of plan to get things moving along. After some trial and error, I lost 20 lbs by sticking to this plan - I wasn't even exercising at the time!
This meal plan is the result of days and days of putting together different foods and creating recipes to come up with a meal plan that is sustainable, and will help you meet your goals on a plant-based ketogenic diet. It's dairy free, egg free and also gluten-free, for those avoiding gluten as well!
Each day's plan gives you nutritionally balanced meals and snacks to hit a target of between 20 - 30g of net carbs, so you can stay comfortably in ketosis. Modifications are available to decrease and increase carbs and calories, so the plan remains flexible with your needs. Like all of my meal plans (and the recipes on this site), this is completely gluten free! I'm aiming to make a vegan ketogenic diet as accessible as possible. 🙂
*Please note that this meal plan contains soy products (tofu) and, peanuts and tree nuts. While the peanuts and nuts can be substituted for seeds or other types of nuts, the tofu is pretty central to the plan.
