Hi, friends – happy November! I know I shouldn’t acknowledge time in posts because it immediately gives them a shelf life, but I feel pretty safe doing that on a post with the words “Thanksgiving Recipes” in the title. Anywho, I hope everyone is having a lovely fall! I was talking with my mom last night about Thanksgiving plans, and it got me thinking about what I’m going to make. So, I took a peek at the recipes in my cookbooks to determine which vegan keto recipes would be best to make for Thanksgiving for those of you that have my books!
If you don’t have my books, I will also be writing a post linking to vegan keto Thanksgiving recipes that are free and floating around the internet. Not all of these recipes are perfectly flavored for fall, but I think they would all be quite at home on a Thanksgiving table. So, without further ado, here are the recipes!

Hi Liz
I am making loads of re jokes from your books but I’m not sure what the legion size is for the nutritional info you give below the recipes?
For instance , I just made the snickerdoodles which were lovely, but I ate about 4 and wondering how many jet cars that would actually be?
Hi Julie! I’m glad you enjoyed the snickerdoodles. If you made the amount specified in the recipe, then the net carbs are 4x what is listed at the bottom of the page. The nutrition info on each page is per serving.
In the case of the snickerdoodles, this means that 4 servings (out of the recipe yield of 10 servings) would be 16.8g of net carbs.
If you made fewer or more than 10 cookies, you’ll have to figure it out manually from the individual serving listed. The whole batch has 42g of net carbs, so you can divide that by however many cookies you made.
I hope this helps! 🙂
Just left a comment but auto correct has changed a few words.
Please can you amend?
Making lots of food not jokes! And “ actual” portion size , not legion! And “net” carbs not jet carbs!!
